I took my vehicle in for regular service maintenance for oil change and a new tire, this is the first time I went to this Is the first time I went to this dealership my wait was about 3 half hours, my service advisor was Cameron he wasn’t to friendly. RecommendedSo I think I had probably the best car buying experience of my life! No I couldn’t get a Mercedes this time anyway lol. I was after a loaded Ford Explorer Platinum they had that I Absolutely loved! I highly recommend this place!! Cramer Hyde at the Irondale location was my sales consultant he was so super nice and down to earth while also being professional!! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!!
Worst experience in a Dealership I've ever had, very rude staff especially the service manager Justin.
I've had positive experiences with the service department in the past but my recent experience buying a used Mercedes was less than stellar. First of all, the process was interminable as I spent hours sitting waiting for the salesman to return with a decision on my trade-in and also waiting for documents to sign. Then entire process took between 4-5 hours. This is not CarMax! RecommendedVery good place, they should let you know if the service you’re coming for is three to four hours if so Plus whenever you come & service is longer than 1 to 2 hrs you should get vehicle, my time is valuable just as much as yours, other than that Very nice staff, clean building, waiting area very nice, thanks for the great service
