Daniel was very rude and at one point drew 2 circles on a paper and said he felt like he was on Earth and I was on Mars. Well sir I bought a new GLK the next day at another Mercedes dealership and got all I wanted with GREAT service.

Upon arrival to look at the car, nobody paid attention to me. Found the car by myself, looked in the windows for a while, then I left. Seamed like an arrogant place to me.
