Even though I did not purchase the vehicle, Jim Fico was wonderful to work with. Communication was clear, the vehicle was exactly as described and ready for me to test drive, and every staff member said hello to me when I walked into the dealership. I would recommend this dealership.

All week long the price was $34987. I made an appointment to test drive the car I get there and the car is blanketed in dirt and 2 of the tires are very low. I go for the test drive and go into the office with the salesman and he states that the car is $35995. I told him the price all week has been $34987. They also stated that the price is non-negotiable. He then asks me did I take a screenshot of the price. Made us feel comfortable and the process was good. I didn't appreciate the offer for my vehicle and felt it was too low. They didn't offer what car gurus had said they would offer so I was disappointed with that.

Dream car acquired. It was an amazing experience! Everyone was so helpful! Ash picked me up from the Airport and got me in and on the road in my new car. Iman was great working the deal over the phone and answering all my questions, was super responsive everytime I called. And Shami was amazing as well, getting all the financing in order, was very personable and enjoyed chatting with her as she wrapped everything up. Appreciate everything!
