We were in the market for a new car and Nick Juergens is who helped us through the process. We were there to trade in my wife’s car and she was not really sure on what she wanted next and Nick helped show her different vehicles and took the time to get her something she really wanted. I gave them my credit card for a good faith deposit. Without notice they sold the car from under me and tried to push a car that was $10k more on me. Now the finance manager Kit told me no docs could Executed until Monday (as financing was completed on Saturday) so why sell the car. I expect this from some not so reputable dealerships but not Mercedes! Bad business!! Really Bad!
Johnny Villotti is awesome! He went out of his way to help get me into a new car today. He even delivered it to me at work since I had to leave before the sale was completed.
