Last Friday my daughter bought a used car , along with a pricey service agreement. Didn’t even get to drive it for 12 hours because the head and tail lights wouldn’t turn on. They weren’t burned out. Probably something electrical. Mercedes couldn’t fix it so they took it to the Subaru Dealership to fix it. Here we are a week later and still no answer and they keep telling her that they have no loaner cars available. 😡 it says she’s entitled to one in her service agreement.
