RecommendedI bought a 2018 Mercedes GLC 300 suv from Midhat Efendic. I couldn’t have had a better experience from any one else. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful from trying out the vehicle to purchase of it. Answered all my questions, fixed couple issues we had on vehicle and followed up with staying in touch to make sure we were pleased. I would recommend asking for Midhat if you are looking for a car from Mercedes of Des Moines. I also had great service and follow thru with service manager Ben Knudson.
It has not been 24 hrs!!!! Talk about discrimination!!!!!!!!! Let me wait and see if they will resolve this BS.
Just took my car in for it's first service, they did a phenomenal job! They even gave my car a fresh wash and cleaned up some scratches, as well as pre ordered needed parts for my next service. Big thanks to the service team!
My husband and I had a great experience. We each purchased vehicles with the help of Samir. He was very helpful in helping us transfer from our old vehicles to our new ones. He continued helping us even after our sales were all done. I would highly recommend shopping here with Samir!
