Excellent service over past 3 years
From the time I first visited the office, the service was very responsive and complete. Both men who dealt with my wife and I were very polite and complete in responding to our questions about the automobile we were interested in. Overall their service was very thorough and complete. It was better than any other service we had experienced during previous auto purchases over the last 20 years in Naples. So naturally I would be pleased pass on my experience with any other customer of yours.
Brought my 2016 Roadtrek in for service having driven from Ohio. I was told a generator belt needed replaced (with less than 15,000 miles on the vehicle) and that all other necessary service and maintenance would be performed. 100 miles into our return trip the generator died and 600 miles into the trip we had to replace 2 GALLONS of diesel exhaust fluid. We paid $1,950.00 for this “service”.....never again.
