Love it every one is so nice and quick service.
My husband and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Brett Shields at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita. Our experience was fabulous. It was the best auto purchasing experience we’ve ever experienced. And we’ve purchased a number of vehicles. Great place!

Ordered a 2018 GLS 550. Car was delivered missing features that I ordered, which was not obvious until AFTER I took delivery of the car. Doug Siegel was made aware of the problem; assured me he would get back to me; and never called again. I have contacted the Sales Manager John Bradley, who also assured me he would get back to me. He also has never returned phone calls over a 2 week time period. Their Customer Service is horrible. Obviously do not care at all about the Customer or their satisfaction. I can only say that the service with Geoff Kaleal was suburb. The last Mercedes that I had was in 2005 and I had it lemonlawed and swore that I would never buy another one. The dealer was on the east coast and the service was not good. My wife talked me into a new GLS 350 and I am very happy with it. The sales and device people at Mercedes of Bonita are the best.
Absolutely impressed by Geoff Kaleal. His service was impeccable. He was professional and got my car fixed and my loaner car taken care of at my convenience here on Marco Island. The opposite of our experience with the Naples dealership treatment. I highly recommend Geoff and can not be more pleased and I am hard to make happy!!
"The best or nothing," could not be more accurate! The dealership and service is absolutely phenomenal. I never had any brand loyalty before purchasing a 2014 E350 and Mercedes Benz won me over with their expert, white-glove, customer service. Second to none!
