RecommendedMB of WC has serviced my GLA since I purchased it new in 2015. The service team is always very professional and happily answer my extensive list of questions. The car has been great through the years. I recently had a unusual service issue. The WC team advocated with MB for me and we were able to come to a mutually fair resolution. I appreciate that they make suggestions that prevent potential problems. Still love the car but when I am ready, my service experience will factor into considering MB of WC again.
