I’ve been there two times and experienced bad service issues both times. I was told the employees were either new or need to be retrained

RecommendedAs a loyal owner of various MERCEDES BENZ FLEETS, I have visited other dealerships and service centers throughout the Tri-State establishments and none of the others have an interpersonal relationship addressing the concerns and needs of the customer. I’m not satisfied with my last visit they actually forgot my car and kept it there for five days, I decided not to buy anymore Mercedes, in fact I got rid of my 2015 CLA 250 and trade it for an American made car, I still got one Mercedes and I’ll keep it for awhile.
