I visited the dealership after a 10 day overseas trip. The car had spent that time parked at a Houston parking lot and was short of 600 miles to a B service as well as a good wash. It only took an internet visit to the company’s website to secure an appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by Nancy, who educated me on the services the vehicle needed and offered any resources that anyone would need while a service takes place. Great service. Very helpful and did everything in a timely manner. Answered all our questions. Everyone there was extremely professional.
Service A on my GLK .... Very professional on intake & pleasant (Nancy). 2 Advisors were out but still handled service quickly.... did scheduled service and Tech suggested fuel/air system clean... completed that service as well ... that piece seemed a little pricey but great car and good service overall.

Rick Lee was my salesman alsome salesman. Chandler was the gentleman to show me how everything works on my New ML350 Chandler took his time with me and my new SUV he showed me how everything worked he didn't stop until I knew how to work everything. Nick was awesome!! I was running late and he was cool about that! Loaner car was nice and I told him I was going to a movie and he said how long is the movie and they had it ready when it was finished and I was back on my was!! Plus he didn't try to push things I didn't need!! He is awesome like they all are!
