We loved our experience with the employees at Mercedes-Benz of Beaumont! By far the most caring people we've ever encountered at a dealership. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I brought my car in just to see what needs to be done to it, a week goes by and they didn't even look at it. So I went to pick it up and as my mother and I were pushing it onto a trailer, because it won't even start, the service crew didn't walk out to help, and laughed at my mother and I. I will never go back to Mercedes. I Talked to the service manager and let him know. He shouldn't have to apologize for the crew being a worthless piece of crap.
