We loved our experience with the employees at Mercedes-Benz of Beaumont! By far the most caring people we've ever encountered at a dealership. Our salesman Mr Chuck helped us with several different styles of cars to see which fit our family the best and he is very knowledgeable on every single car. They took such good care of us. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I brought my car in just to see what needs to be done to it, a week goes by and they didn't even look at it. So I went to pick it up and as my mother and I were pushing it onto a trailer, because it won't even start, the service crew didn't walk out to help, and laughed at my mother and I. I will never go back to Mercedes. I Talked to the service manager and let him know. He shouldn't have to apologize for the crew being a worthless piece of crap.
