Hands down the best experiance I've had with any vehicle Service Department. I dealt with Robert, a service coordinator. He was a text away throughout the entire time my car was there, clear communication and instant answers. And I NEVER get tired of the complementary wash and vacuume they give. �

The service department did a great job as they have for the last eight years on my ride rocket ( clk 550) . What impressed me is that I have been dealing with the same people for years. That says something about the dealership . Also they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need , they will not hook you . Once again good job guys .
Robert Walker, was very accommodating I call an was making an appointment when I told him what the car was doing he said bring it in so I did only there 40 min. Battery dragging slow. Replace the battery out of there. Thanks Robert job well done.
RecommendedIt’s nice to make an appt online, schedule routine service, receive a text with the details concerning your vehicle and be promptly notified when everything has been completed... without having to wait around the dealership. I have always experienced nothing but superior service @MB of Bmt. After purchasing my last MB out the state (only cause they didn’t have what I was looking for), my previous salesman Chris, still treats me with A+ service when I take my vehicle there for service. Salesmen like Chris, and service rep like Kristi.........u just can’t go wrong. I will continue my service at MB of Bmt.
