My Mercedes was having mechanical problems. I was about 1 hour away from The Benz dealership in Beaumont. The sales people listen to what my problem was. These people waited for me so I could leave the vehicle in the service bay. They stayed over 40 mins after closing. I live in Texas City Texas. I had to wait for my ride. Purchasing my new Mercedes was effortless. Wade and Chris scheduled a test drive that fit my busy schedule even when it did not fit theirs. after all they were off and took the time to meet my needs. Wade was straight forward and it was haggle free. I look forward to doing business with them in the future again. thanks for the hats and coffee mug. my daughter loves the pink cap.
Had my car in for new tires and a wash. The service department (Amber) handled both and I was completely satisfied.
Everyone was very efficient. The service representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Even though my car is 9 years old they still treat me like a new customer, the after service is just amazing
