11/23/24 ****** - After multiple issues, it was revealed, by multiple Mercedes-Benz of Augusta (MBA) reps, the 2021 ****** has an engine for non-ethanol fuel only, and there are known issues & failures due to ethanol fuels in America. I was quoted an outrageous down payment amount for a pre owned car that I could clearly afford.I feel like this was intentional and racially movated.

Business response:
Customer came in August 2019 and we quoted a torque convert because of transmission issues. Came back in July to final fix it. Mean time a seal around a windshield leaked and cause water damage in side the wiring harness. Service advisor spoke with customer regarding the leak before any repairs were done. Customer requested us to do the torque convert. We stated to the customer with the water in the electrical system that fixing the torque convert may not address all issues with the car.
