The service department is the best. Damon and Kevin, the service reps, are knowledgeable and informative. And contrary to some beliefs, the dealership isn’t there to “rip you off”. The techs that service your MB are experts on the service and maintenance of your car. They get it right, for the most part, the first time. ��

We purchased a used vehicle on Oct. 25th and we are STILL WAITING FOR OUR LICENSE PLATES. We are at about 12 phone calls later and 4 visits to the dealership and still no plates in our possession. We received a call last week that they are finally ready. My husband showed up there to get them this morning and guess what...NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THEY ARE! So take my review however you like but I will gladly tell EVERYONE I know, please don’t give this dealership your business.
