Alex was the most honest and helpful salesman of I’ve ever delt with in my 62 years. Very professional forthcoming with any issues and over all a great person . I bought from out of state and his communication direction and explanations of every step from start to finish were spot on ! Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing anything ! I wish every salesman was Alex !

Although there was some difference between what CarGuru advertised about the car and what the dealer told me over the phone (vehicle transfer fee and "7-day trial period which the dealer said didn't exist), the staff at the dealership were quite friendly and helpful, and we got the car and are pleased with it.
I wanted to talk to a salesman about this car, but no one contacted me after multiple online requests. I called once and the receptionist for sales was very terse and seemed skeptical of my intent. I am still interested if a salesman is willing to talk to me, but so far this has been the worst experience ever......My corporation or I have purchased over a dozen cars online, sight unseen with excellent results until this car....amazing how hard they have avoided selling this car.
