ROBERT provides excellent service, always taking into consideration the stress attached to car issues. He streamlines the procedure, always keeping the client well informed. He excels in customer service and personalizes each dealing as his own. Robert gives an extra touch to Mercedes service.
UPDATE. After speaking with Jonathan again the dealership has made an attempt to fix the brake issue. Time will tell if it resolves the problem but they made the attempt to fix it, although not yet resolved. Keeping fingers crossed. Original post that was addressed. Poor experience from purchase to satisfaction with CPO. Finance manager was less than cooperative addressing an error in the application that they caused. Developed some issues with my 2017 Mercedes while on a road trip. We stopped here and service advisor Leo Fasolo and his service team graciously and promptly corrected the problems and we were back on the road again in no time and at no charge. Kudos to them.
