Just left after picking up my vehicle for its first service was charged $550 for an oil change. . The service manager, Mark was extremely rude and unprofessional when questioned about the charges. Needless to say I will not be returning to Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City for service or to purchase a new vehicle.. Do your due diligence when using this company
So extremely disappointed with them!!! We dropped off our vehicle for an oil change. Upon pick up, we were charged $510 for an OIL CHANGE!!!! That is beyond ridiculous and to say the shock of the cost owed at pick up is an understatement. The service manager Mark was extremely unprofessional and arrogant!
It was an easy and pleasant experience purchasing an SUV. George, the sales manager, was kind, straightforward, responsive, and helpful. He thinks on behalf of customers. I definitely recommend this dealership!
First off thank you Leo you made my experience exceptional your really great at what you do i always feel like family when I bring Benzi ( my car name lol) here never had a problem waiting room is beautiful even offer you free coffee and snacks I came for repair of my 2017 c300 it's running like a charm thanks to the staff and mechanics you are the best I refuse to take my Benz anywhere else thank you again my Mercedes family see you next visit..oh and thanks for my free car wash what can I say I love it here❤️
Best of the best Kevin Rossi my service advisor is the greatest. I was there the other day had a battery issue going on with my E350 Robert. A fairly new service advisor, was super professional,efficient,knowledgeable and he was kind. Customer service skills like no other. Thank you for taking care of me as always !!
