dropped my car off on Wednesday for service, never heard anything on Thursday about status of repair, made 8 phone calls Friday to service department . kept getting recording to leave a message. finally told operator I wanted to speak to someone, she walked phone to over to service department for me to finally get answers. this is unacceptable! Damon takes great care of me but was off on Friday.
I arrived at 1130, took a test drive, was driving new car home by 130. Darnel was ontop of his game!
