I love Mercedes Arcadia. My point people are Joe Yu in service and Artemis and BJ Nan in sales. They have each treated me with great kindness...as if I was their only client for the day. They respond quickly to text and email. I know that they are honest and are looking out for my best interests. This company is truly blessed to have these individuals. I will definitely continue to recommend Rusnak Arcadia to friends and colleagues. Bravo!

My first time here in Arcadia facilities, easy parking, efficient and courteous reception, but what was the most important, I am very pleased with their repair of my 2002 S500.

Very pleasant and up front. There were difficulties but they kept me abreast and were very helpful. Jennifer and the Service Manager. He is so friendly and approachable. This is the 3rd Mercedes Dealership that I’ve partnered with. I’ve never dealt with an approachable Service Manager.
