Randy at Rusnak has gone above and beyond being the most unprofessional salesman in the business. Randy at rusnak Arcadia is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, and irresponsible person I have ever dealt with. My family and I have been purchasing vehicles from the rusnak auto group for over 30 years. We are DONE. We will never ever purchase another car from this dealership and you shouldn't either. Typical suburban dealership. Stopped in to take a look, obviously didn't fit their customer profile. was there for 20 minutes.... No one ever offered me assistance. Could it be because I was wearing a t-shirt and camouflage shorts?? Never judge a book by its cover. I will never bring my car here for service, nor will I make my next purchase here.
