Gus Navarro was so nice and helpful when I brought our E400 convertible in for service. He went out of his way to guide me to the coffee and waiting area. The service was to be done in a cup le of hours so gave up my loaner car to someone who walked in with an emergency. He was grateful and the service was 2 hours just as expected!
