Allan was wonderful to work with unfortunately the car I wanted was sold before we could secure the deal. But if the opportunity to work with him again arose I would take it. Very responsive and transparent.

Agreed on a deal on 4/5, paperwork overnighted back to dealer on 4/9 along with substantial down payment check. Then, communication slowed and the only time I got updates was when I asked. Kept getting told the car was being shipped. It finally left 4/19 after I threatened to cancel the deal and asked for my money back.
