SF Benz called me a few times to see the car I was interested in. When I got there, the car was in the body shop and not available. Waste of time.

Although there was some difference between what CarGuru advertised about the car and what the dealer told me over the phone (vehicle transfer fee and "7-day trial period which the dealer said didn't exist), the staff at the dealership were quite friendly and helpful, and we got the car and are pleased with it.
Jennifer helped from start to finish. Everyone at at the dealership was courteous to me. The 2 hour drive was well worth it.
Zach answered the questions I had and sent video of what I asked for. He was very helpful in my inquiries. I am still looking around, but Zach may be the one I go to with how well he has done so far.
Only inquired online and was very responsive on request and follow up
No pressure selling, they have excellent customer service and answer all questions well. They do make follow up you are still interested. Will considering buying from this dealer.
