The service department is a zero!! I took my S550 in for an EIS repair and it took over two weeks to repair. The service advisor was not too responsive and I had to call and leave messages asking for updates. The part cost ******* dollars and a tire sensor cost ******, why is it they charged me close to ****** for labor!! I had the worse experience ever with this company. I have sent a detailed email to ***** (Supervisor) and **** (Director) several times with no response. I have also left voicemails. I was provided misinformation about a service and when I begin to inquire the sales advisor literally yelled at me in the waiting room in front of other guests/customers. Mercedes Benz Orlando is a FRAUDULENT dealership; A month ago, I took my son's 2016 Mercedes Benz C300 for regular service, and we were told that it needed new breaks (for the amount of $1,500.00), they stated that the brake discs were too thin (3 mm) and needed to be replaced.The cost of the regular service was $1,200, and we rejected the brake repair, then we took the car to another mechanic, and we didn't mention what happened at Mercedes Benz Orlando, and asked to check the brakes. This is the worst dealership!!!!!! I called to schedule a appointment for my daughter to get a oil change on her 2018 300c , so she arrives at 8:00 and stated she just wants a regular oil change although they suggested other services. 4 hours later they tell her the cost is $500. **** who was the service provider told her, and gave her a receipt that states labor was $250. , miscellaneous items $40. , $117 for oil change plus $30 tax!!! 10/31/2023 Halloween, vehicle towed to South Orlando for change the flat tire in the morning. Received text around noon said vehicle will be ready at 6:30pm, I arrived at 7:00pm at MB South Orlando and wait till 7:30pm, they said the car will be ready in one and a half hour. Now at 9:14pm, I got my car back with no washing. I don’t see that is Mercedes Benz service quality.
I present a proposal from this same dealership from a friend of mines that just purchased a vehicle so they can match the deal and Chandler the sales person along with his Manager keep lying about the Deal and keep charging more. This is very annoying seeing that I'm trying to make this process as easy as possible but they won't allow it. Can't trust them
Bought a new Mercedes from them and paid cash. Ended up with a random lien on my car from WellsFargo. Have called dealership multiple times and left voice mails with the finance department. No one will return my calls. I’ve now had to hire someone to help get Wells Fargo to release a lien- which is very hard to do because WellsFargo has no idea who I am or why there is a lien. I will never buy from this dealership again.
Our purchase experience from Mercedes Benz South Orlando was the worst dealership experience in 20 years of purchasing cars. It took two weeks to complete the paperwork for our certified vehicle, the process was filled with red flags throughout the process. Our vehicle was listed as having 15,000 miles but we found out the truck actually had 32,000 miles.
