THEFT ALERT! LONG REVIEW! I had a package delivered here by accident that was addressed in my business name to 3804 Tanacross Dr. which is the hotel down the street. I went in here on Sat 09/28 morning with two boxes as examples of what I was looking for and was told all mail not for their address was sent back via Fed Ex on yesterday (Friday 09/27). For starters update the pictures you have displayed on your website and here on Facebook. when i went to go view your two bed room model that you have fully furnished and set up as your model home on the web; I was only allowed to view a very ran down 3 bed room that looked nothing like the set up on the web, I could not help but think that this place should not look like this to only be a year old, and when i ask about the model on the internet the lady told me she did not know anything about it and i was welcome to look at... read more
My daughter and I walked in to ask about a one bedroom apartment. The hair flipping, totally annoyed employee told us that they didn’t have any. But there were one bedrooms on the website. Was she lying or just rude? No thank you. I guess your prices for low income is what gets residents there. I hope you don’t treat all low income people that way. Shame on you if that is your corporate policy.
