Great visit as usual. Susie continues to make the visits enjoyable.
My overall experiance with the staff with whom I interacted i.e welcoming, hygienist(Suzi) and administrative staff, all were very professional, courteous and efficient. Overall My visit, as in the past , was very satisfying. Good job by all.
Dr. Cook and her assistant were great. My sons also had their teeth cleaned and the dental assistant who was with them was excellent. Overall the staff is very welcoming and very rarely is there a wait.
I was pleased with the overall service. Maureen had a good chairside manner and explained what she was doing as we went along. Dr Menton also took a look at the work and seemed pleased with what was done.
My new hygienist, Suzi, was very professional. She went out of her way to introduce herself and experience before starting the encounter. She was very friendly and thorough. I just referred my admin support to your office today.
Dr. Menton and his staff members are very experienced, competent but still friendly professionals; this guarantees an extremely positive customer experience, under all the aspects.
My hygienist Natalie was awesome. So nice, explained everything throughly, and I left feeling like I learned a lot!
I had a complicated cavity that had to be filled which was underneath a crown. The procedure was absolutely painless. Dr.Tom Menton was outstanding in explaining the procedure and what my responsibilities were in getting this procedure done. I would not hesitate in recommending the Menton Dental practice to any of my friends.
I was not feeling the best and Marry did everything in her power to make my visit comfortable. Thank you so much.
