I recently have had a lot of pain in and around two teeth. Dr. Carpenter was able to see me the same day I called, gave me a prescription for medication, and made a plan for treatment.
Suzy is always friendly and efficient. Makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I almost fall asleep.
Excellent staff and facilities
i USED TO DREAD THE DENTIST BUT NO MORE. EVERYONE I COME IN CONTACT WITH IS BOTH TRULY PROFESSIONAL YET FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING.
Suzy communicates the technical explanations and are always clear and she does very well at ensuring my comfort and the cleaning is done very well with minimum discomfort. Her directions make sense and when I've followed them my mouth is in better shape. I told her of my worry about seeming to not getting to a stable place. I must say this was more a concern than a criticism of this practise which I greatly respect from top to bottom. Jenny did an excellent job not only with my cleaning, but also with educating me on my upkeep.
The team at Menton Family Dental is very good at keeping me informed. They are wonderful people. I recommend them at the highest level.
Maureen the hygienist, was extremely thorough in examining and cleaning my teeth. She was very considerate of patient's treatment preferences and time.
I do like the online presence.
