This is the worst dental office I have been in my life. The office people look you as a customer not as a patient. Everything they do take more money from you and your insurance. They scheduled the appointment as cleaning and exam (like all the other dental offices do) but when you arrive they are do only exam and want you to schedule another appointment for cleaning. I had my first visit at Menton Family Dental yesterday. I switched dentists after 20 years as we got new insurance. I have to say it was one of the my pleasant medical office visits I've had. I filled out information on-line prior to the visit. When I arrived, they confirmed the info and I was seen right away. From the secretary at the front desk to the dentist, it was polite, efficient, and comfortable. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs a new dentist.
I really like the service at Dr. Menton's Office. The staff is very friendly and my hygienist is great and very thorough. Dr. Menton is of course very knowledgeable and I can ask questions and get thorough answers. I have no complaints and will be a client for a long time.
Jackie was very thorough and professional. She was interested in not only my dental health but overall health.
I love you guys and recommend you to everyone.
