if you want a billing nightmare, by all means, go to Harborview. from November to April I never received a bill. I assumed the bills I paid from UW medical also included Harborview. apparently I was wrong. so by the time I received a call from them my account is about to go into collection. when I asked them to send another bill so I could see what I'm paying for I was told, repeatedly, check your pile of mail. the bills are probably there. well we dont have a pile of mail. so no it's not there. send another one. Harborview is the worst hospital I've ever experienced. the Dr's are always absent, the nurses are no where to be found in ICU and the food is beyond horrible. I am having such an uncomfortable experience. the sanitation is unbelievable.
The wonderful nurses and doctors at Harborview - they are truly good people, and they care.
I just had neck surgery done on Tuesday at Harbour View Medical Center with a UW spine clinic and I would like to say my stay at Harbour View when I was one of the best days I've ever had the staff rocks and they're all superstars thank you for all your help in my convalescence especially the staff on the 6th floor and the post-op and pre-op just again thank you for everything

I am alive and able to walk again after open book pelvic fracture. I had the best care every step of the way. Nursing, assistants, doctors and students were very kind and compassionate. It is the only place to go with major trauma.
