I had a needle guided biopsy on my spine yesterday and they told me it was perfectly fine to wear my rings and earings. When I woke up my most expensive ring, my wedding ring was missing off my hand. Which makes no sense because my wedding ring and the band are so tight they have NEVER fallen off. They searched while I stayed extra long crying my eyes out. Thank you Harbor View for your intense care on my son in his time of need! Your staff has number one quality care on the patients that I've experienced and seen. Always communicating and on time.
My medical treatment was by far off the charts. The doctors nurses and housekeeping were top notch and they took excellent care of me. However when I asked the floor manager about Fox News not being available I was told by him that they only carried CNN and Headline News because of their location and the liberal views of the area. I don’t understand why we can’t have fair and balanced choices in all of America.
The staff took excellent care of my family member, kept me up to date on their condition and helped me navigate the access to getting insurance benefits squared away. Yes I work there in the operating room, but the service we received there was standard of practice.
The hospital has the worst triage in the world. Expect to be weighting for hours, long into the night unless you have a paper cut. They are quick to prejudge and are exceptionally rude. The doctors are scared shitless of prescribing anything except Tylenol which they apparently get kickbacks for.
