Zero stars. Do NOT use them. Even during a psychiatric emergency, Kaiser makes it impossible to get help. Kaiser does not care about their patients; their mental health services are worthless. If you’re looking for help, go somewhere else or switch your insurance—don’t rely on outside referrals either because Kaiser refuses to give them.
