I've been going to NOAH for over 18 months now, back when it was Men's Biz. Been through a few different stylists as well. Got a decent haircut each time as well. Now, however, things have taken an incredible change for the better. With the change to NOAH and the addition of one incredible stylist, Grace, the service here has become beyond incredible and NOAH is one of the best, if not THE best, hair salon's I've found in Melbourne's CBD.
