we had awful experance found the car I loved we were paying cash for it and had to wait for the money to get processed the salesman told us if we put 500$ down for them they would hold the car untill our money came in so 3 days later they had cashed the check they said they were gonna hold then 2 days after that they decided the would not hold the car even though they cashed our check now 2 weeks later I still have not been refunded my 500$So I guess they dont like people paying cash for cars they want you to set up payments... read more
RecommendedJose, Tony, Jason; and Doug were wonderful. They made buying a new car quick and easy. I didn't know going in exactly what I was looking for and Jose helped me find more than I could have hoped for. We will never shop for another new Ford anywhere else. I'd recommend to anyone.

I have had the same issue now 5 times with a vehicle bought at a schimmer dealership. the last time they had it for almost 2 weeks and said when it was returned the issue was fixed. And I picked up the car only to realize they had damaged my steering wheel. Now my husband and I are stuck with the cost of repairing it!!! Jason and Elias were awesome to work with. They weren’t pushy at all to just get a sale and they were open to honestly answer any questions I had. Jose did a great job showing me how everything worked on the inside as well. They were all very helpful and patient. I love my new vehicle and I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Tony milus was my salesman if you want a new vehicle I recommend talking to tony better yet they were down to earth about everything I recommend Mendota ford for my next buying experience
