Tony and Jason were absolutely wonderful to work with, they treated my fiancé and I with the utmost respect. Everyone at Mendota Ford was wonderful and they all treated us like family. I plan on buying a truck soon and will be going back.
I was told at a different dealership there was nothing wrong with my truck. When I arrived at Mendota Ford the technician immediately said that’s not right. They worked on it for a few hours and found the problem that a different shop had created. Was all covered by my warranty and truck runs like it used to now. They seemed liked they cared about me as a customer and not just as a number. I hope they know that means a lot to me. They were very good about getting you in n getting the job done. There was no run around about your vehicle and did a fabulous job detailing. I would highly recommend Mendota Ford. Always had good luck with them.
