My son had been misdiagnosed & a month later we were told to see Dr.Mendelow . He diagnosed my son with AARF. He put my son in a brace immediately then put him in traction. His secretary let me know he was there most the night connecting with a dr in Africa who had treated this condition with a brace & time rather than surgery to mend
