Menards has completely lost my business and my respect.... went to the Menards in Baxter, MN today to grab items with our autistic adult foster son, Jimmie and I wore our masks but our foster son won’t wear anything on his face or head for obvious reasons. Needless to say they refused to let him in. the employees were polite and kind. corporate needs to pull their heads out from under a rock. punishing employees for waiting on clients who cant wear masks is pathetic. violating federal law =priceless
Horrible customer service and most of the employees don't know anything about the products they carry. After multiple bad experiences at Menards, we will be shopping anywhere else for our home improvement needs.
I go in no mask tell them I can’t breath with it they still chase me down to put on a mask. So I put mine on. Less than 5 minutes I go into an asthma attack. No help from staff but hey I have my mask on. Guess that’s all they care about! Idiots!!! Go to hell!

We had been to menards 3 times in the last 2 weeks but on our 4th trip, yesterday-Wednesday, we were not let in unless we wore or bought a face mask. As long as they keep that up, we will go elsewhere as we did yesterday. Mills Fleet had what we needed plus several other items that I used to buy at menards. Maybe you can send out an email when you have gotten over being politically correct. Until then, count us out.
have throw away facemasks that they don't charge for, shouldn't have to pay money to go shopping, MENARDS has lost my business, I don't deserve to be treated and talked down to like That!
