I bought a rototiller on Saturday it would not start. Took it back today and Menards would not return it because we had put gas in it. Please tell me how a customer will know if any gas power equipment will not work if you don't put gas in it! Now we have to take it to get it fixed. What if it can't be fixed? Out $160 very disappointed. Will never shop here again. I did put rant a on fb and will continue to tell everyone about this. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!
Bought tile at the Menards in Fishers. I needed one more package so I went to the Menards in Anderson because it is closer to the house I am remodeling. It came up $4 more than I had just bought it for in Fishers. The cashier had the manager come over, I showed her my Fishers receipt. She basically said if I wanted it for that price I had to go back to Fishers. They wouldn't even price match another Menards store 30 minutes away. Terrible customer service over $4. I won't be back to the Anderson Menards.
My elderly mother was shopping at Anderson store. she was using a handicap chair. when she sat down a sharp object on the chair ripped out the hole side of her brand new coat she just got for Christmas. the store said they would replace it. but all she get is the wrong numbers and the run around. she should not have to file her own claim when the store was a falt
