Don't do business at this store, the store manager is rude and a smartalic and has no business in any form of customer service, very rude and bullies customers just read the reviews.
I would rather spend my money anywhere else. I walked around the store and asked 2 different workers where something was and they helped but the main manager stopped the cashier from ringing out MY 1 ITEM because I didn’t have my mask because I have hard breathing. And instead of giving me a mask they forced me to buy a mask just so I could by a heater. Then he told me to not come back to his store because I have troubles breathing with a mask. This place is a complete joke. I placed an order for shiplap and was promised a delivery date of the 10th. I went to check on the order and was told its still a good week out if not longer. That’s fine I understand things happen, but at the same time I have a project to attend to. I kindly asked for a refund and they refused to process it without me coming to the store yet they took my money over the phone to process the initial order. That makes sense right!?
I love Menards but went to the Ankeny Iowa store tonight and I felt like I was in a gay bar. I have no issues with gay people but cashiers-wearing rainbow masks well it’s unprofessional. I will not be shopping with Menards if this is the type of crap allowed. Be gay I don’t care but I was embarrassed for the chain.
Rebate lost or stolen,and menards can't help .So I'm out $48 ,never received my rebate and menards won't help and is not responsible.menards just lost a 20 years customer .,The sad part is they don't care.Home depo is rite down the block.I wold be surprised as hell to get a response
Why would you offer in store only coupons when we are in a pandemic. In tier 3 status no less. What a terrible idea.
Literally was screamed at and cussed out by one male employee and one female employee for not wearing a mask “the proper way” the way they wanted me to. They have this issue often apparently management condones it, will NEVER shop here again... LOWES you’ve got my business from here on out.
