$300+ mower out of the box won't work and they said sorry we can't take it back it has gas in it. um how do I start a mower? trimmer I bought a replacement plan and they won't replace that either have to take it to a shop since its under warranty not replacement. even though i paid for the plan. all they want is your money they could care less about customers!!!. As an honorably discharged American veteran, I refuse to be given stipulations for permission to shop at your stores. Extorted before even walking in. Buy this mask and/or wear a mask or you're not welcome? Home Depot was glad to accept my $41k a year.
Kudos to Eddie in the warehouse for cheerfully helping us load our trailer with plywood...much quicker than me helping Lyle, and much easier on my back!!
I usually like menards, but they jacked up everything in Anderson by putting the project desk in the back. Now you have to walk all the way to the back to order lumber, walk to the front to pay, then drive around back to get it. You cannot drive to the back to order, pay and pick up. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT.
Cordell Cabinets. I installed these cabinets in a house recently. Sent cabinets with three different door types for the uppers. Eventually mailed me one replacement door. Told me one cabinet would just have to be different than the others. This was never mentioned during the ordering process. Did not send new hinges with new door. Old hinges would not fit on new door. One cabinet is already pulling away from the frame. Very poor quality and I will never order this brand again.
My propane tank was empty, so I went to Menards and exchanged it for a full one. I hooked it up to the grill when I got home and propane was escaping when I opened the valve. I went back and exchanged it for a different one. But when I got it home, I couldn't turn the handle to open the valve. My fiancé couldn't either, the handle broke off completely. I had to take it to the nearby gas station and pay to exchange it for a more expensive one. I've now paid for 2 exchanges for one tank. It would have been cheaper to just buy ... read more
We shop at our Anderson Menards usually on a daily basis! Everyone is always so nice and helpful and that's what keeps us coming back!
Menard's is a great place for anyone who has any type of do-it-yourself project for the home. Their employees are courteous and knowledgeable and I found them to be very helpful on my visits to Menard's. I would highly recommend this business for anyone in our area, interested in home-improvement or just buying things for their home.
