Have always been loyal Menard's customers,and we still love their store,but was completely dissatisfied with them this evening. So,we went to Lowes. We wanted to purchase a refrigerator, was told by Menard's that it wouldn't be able to be delivered until sometime in April😕 and when it came to delivery it was going to be 30 dollars and they wouldn't bring it into the house because of covid😣. This place is a complete joke. I placed an order for shiplap and was promised a delivery date of the 10th. I went to check on the order and was told its still a good week out if not longer. That’s fine I understand things happen, but at the same time I have a project to attend to. I kindly asked for a refund and they refused to process it without me coming to the store yet they took my money over the phone to process the initial order. That makes sense right!?
go to menards get water line and fittings.. install line in ground. the fittings are wrong!! fo back they say you need these fittings. get back and they are wrong. not going back you just screwed me twice!!!
You have to pay for your wire first & then go around back to the yard to wait for someone to cut it...and, I mean, wait, wait, wait, call the store, wait & wait. Ridiculous!
just there. the prices keep going up (I realize manufacturers. however two yes two staff stopped looked as we was driving past them in the barn. not one ask can I/we help?. NO we did decline at the gate figuring it would take them forever to slow walk to assist.AS USUALLY OCCURS. POOR POOR SERVICE!!
I was told I couldn’t enter the store without a mask. I have bad allergies and asthma I am not required to wear a mask and legally you can’t refuse me service because of the mask. Look into ADA law because y’all are uneducated
I am on a transplant list and can not wear a mask due to needing to be exposed to viruses or not live through surgery. I am contacting my attorney and corporate office
The store in Anderson is just becoming a hassle to go in-and-out of. Lowes does not have any Of the hassles that you do
