You have to pay for your wire first & then go around back to the yard to wait for someone to cut it...and, I mean, wait, wait, wait, call the store, wait & wait. Ridiculous!
We called ahead about a insulation blower. The girl said they had one in. She said they can’t hold it even with a credit card. But she said if we was on our way she could hold it for that long. We told her it’s a little over 30 miles away. She said that was not a problem. We got up there they didn’t have one to begin with. They was broke or rented out. You shouldn't treat The First Lady like crap! I'm a regular customer at Menards. I will avoid Menards until you apologize to First Lady Scarlette Fleury for treating her bad.
just there. the prices keep going up (I realize manufacturers. however two yes two staff stopped looked as we was driving past them in the barn. not one ask can I/we help?. Went in Menards this morning. Got everything I needed no problem. Associates were helpful until I got to pay. This lady has waited on me before and have never had a problem. I pushed my cart to the proper area, we both said, Good Morning etc etc. I moved behind her and went to the card reader. refused to let me pay for items cause my mask was not on my nose and then when i did put up cashier was uncomfortable to ring me up so i informed that the piece of paper she took from my hands had my germs on it
manager very disrespectful I legally don't have to wear a mask when I have medical problems it's a thing in any store Jason manager was very rude with my medical problem
