Staff was great, but the Backyard Creations Catalina Collection swivel rocker is a piece of junk that's almost impossible to assemble. Going to stick with Home Depot from now on, Their merchandise is usually of a lot higher quality.
I'll never step foot in this store again. Self-served myself to an EMPTY propane tank (realized after I drove all the way home). When I talk to customer service they knew they didn't have any full tanks. Maybe post that on your cage. FRUSTRATED!!! Never again!!
Really ridiculous. I spend $1500 an can't even get help trying to find all the different pieces when I even try to ask 3 different people where things are located or help moving items. I think I'll be shopping at Home Depot from now on
Very disappointed. Bought a washer and dryer. Was told that they didn't have washer in stock, but it would be in later in the week. We asked about getting the floor model, was told they couldn't do that. The day came and went. Called them, they didn't know where the washers were. Stopped in, and the floor model was gone ! waited a few more days, now on back order and maybe in sometime in July. THURSDAY, JAN 22 2015 , I THINK I HAD WALKED INTO TH TWIGHLIGHT ZONE , NO ONE I THE ENTIRE BUILDINGS DEPT WOULD HELP US OR ACTED LIKE WE WERE NOT THEIR . MANAGEMENT , OR POOR EMPLOYEES ???? NEXT TIME IT IS STRAIGHT TO THE STORE MANAGER TO HELP ME IF HIS EMPLOYEES WONT GARANTEED .
I like menards but have one issue. You need to make sure your people scan each ticket on the 8th of feb. iordered carpet purple and blue said it would take to weeks. well when I called it never got ordered because the gal did not scan ticket. there fore I have to go get different carpet because I don't wanna wait 2 more wks when my house is tore up, and we r at a stand still waiting for carpet. so now I gotta go with a color I am not as happy with. So people pay attention to what you r doing .
