Menards is a joke. Walked in and was asked if I had a mask. I told the lady I was unable to wear a mask medically and was asked to leave. I called and spoke to a manager about this and was told that’s their policy. He told me if I wouldn’t wear a mask that I could order what I needed online and pick it up in the yard. I told him I wouldn’t spend another dime in their store.
To support our soldiers who died for our freedom and not for a face mask and by them enforcing a face mask means our soldiers losing there Limbs and dying are all in vain this is what owners of Menards show in their cowardly Act of brown nose to the division of America in the separation of people wearing masks and those not wearing masks using every bit of position of power it is clear that if were ever to have any power to affect America would abuse it as are now I hope will learn lesson after this lawsuit maybe can go to t... read more
I just walked in there using my hoodie on my sweatshirt as a mask and Hannah my cashier ask if I wore that around store I said yes then she told me I should be kicked out. I told her it no different than thin piece of cloth ur wearing. Least mine had 4 layers of cloth and sealed round face. So see yeah menards I’ll get my product else where. Never have I been talk down that way from a cashier before. Disrespectful hope she gets written up
Forced me to wear a mask when I have a health condition they chased me down made me put it in in front of him cause it’s required he wouldn’t let me shop he chased me around till I put it on and didn’t care about hippa laws all you employees are stupid racist liberals when cdc says you can’t ask why some one isn’t wearing a mask 😷
go to menards get water line and fittings.. install line in ground. the fittings are wrong!! fo back they say you need these fittings. get back and they are wrong. not going back you just screwed me twice!!!
I ordered all new Crestline windows and patio door for our cabin, a very large and expensive order. Crestline manufactured the wrong patio door and Menards is stonewalling me over getting the correct door re-installed. They finally agreed to replace the door since it was clearly their mistake, but they won’t stand by the installation costs. I paid $600.00 to have the door installed; my installers were not aware of Menards mistake. Frankly I wouldn’t recommend this or any other Menards. The 11% rebate is a joke. Submitted my receipts with a purchase of $5,002 and never received my rebate. Jerked around by corporate which deferred me to the rebate company. Sent the receipts to the rebate company twice and haven’t received a nickel. Sounds like a scam. Think twice before you spend a lot of money there expecting an 11% rebate. Emails are not returned from the rebate company. Never again. Scam
4 mask-less Amish people walk into the store ahead of me. Not a single peep from a store employee. I walk in right behind them, also mask-less. I was approached so fast by so many employees, it was like a police raid!!!! I was refused assistance to locate the item I came for because I was mask-less. When I come to Menards, I need lumber, tools, hardware, etc. What I don't need is a cashier saying "I suppose you're a Trumper too?", then go on to wish the worst for the president with his recent Covid diagnosis. I will be shopping at Lowe's right across the street from now on. I don't need to deal with political garbage when I stop in to get a paintbrush.
