I did really like menards until the mask mandate...... they are so terribly rude! It’s like a nazi camp! I no longer give my business to them, due to the awful lack of respect for the customer....makes me feel like I’m in daycare when I go in. No more!!! Take your business elsewhere, go across the street to Lowe’s! Lowe’s is awesome!!!!! They treat their customers with respect!
I am on a transplant list and can not wear a mask due to needing to be exposed to viruses or not live through surgery. I am contacting my attorney and corporate office
Horrible customer service and most of the employees don't know anything about the products they carry. After multiple bad experiences at Menards, we will be shopping anywhere else for our home improvement needs.
I go in no mask tell them I can’t breath with it they still chase me down to put on a mask. So I put mine on. Less than 5 minutes I go into an asthma attack. No help from staff but hey I have my mask on. Guess that’s all they care about! Idiots!!! Go to hell!
customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!!!! They have no one there who knows anything about what they are selling. Not like going to Home Depot where they actually have people who can answer questions and work in departments that they have experience in. I have never been so upset with a store in my life where I actually take the time to write a review. But people need to be warned. Better relations from your idiotic mask requirements. Some people, like me, cannot wear one....and I was escorted out by your asinine General Manager on the Sunday Shift. Guess what.....sounds like a law suit beginning to happen here.....
we had ordered windows and never even got a call that it arrived. We called and found out theyd been there quite awhile. We picked them up today . July 24th and they were not in a box. not packaged. not covered. . Wide open to teansport home in a trailor. ,We are very upset about this. We will.never do orders like this again.
We ordered cabinets in March. Didn't get them until June 19th. Due to covid shutdown. We understood. The delivery service left $3,000 worth of product in our drive way, they never knocked on the door. I heard them getting in their truck. They said they couldn't come in the house due to covid. all they had to do was take a picture of them sitting in our drive. They got in the truck and left. The pantry was sub par and damaged.
