I will NEVER buy another Criterion refrigerator from Menards. It died after six months — total garbage. And the appliance failure was the easy part. The return process was a headache, and the manager, Karen, was flat-out rude. The guys at yard pick up weren't much help either. They dropped the refrigerator behind my van and just left it there.
