I drove up 1.5 hours to pick up a lawnmower that an employee stated over the phone was in stock. When I arrived, the lawnmower was not the model that I called on and I was frustrated. After stating my complaint with the General Manager, he was able to make things right. Menards has been my go to store for all my remodeling projects as they have great pricing, helpful and friendly staff and today making things right will keep me a loyal customer.
Always in and out my favorite store.
Nothing special or different about this Menards location. Staff are friendly. Access to lumber yard is to the left of the store (looking at the entrance). Staff is friendly and helpful.
