I've never had any problems made by the VA the problems that I have had were made by me. I want to thank all the personnel at the VA's everywhere ( because I've bee to several ) for all their care.
For all the awful things I heard going into the system - I'm pretty impressed with the care. Now if you asked me in 2006- (when I retired and was told 16 months for an appointment) - it would be a different story. So BZ VA Memphis for turning it around!!
My sister is here right now. I have great faith that they will take good care of her.
It would be nice if somebody would answer the phones up there and help us with scheduling a appointment! I have drive a two hour round trip to walk in and make appointments and be told to come back in 30 days for my appointment!
1st time here. Im here with a veteran. Wait time excellent. Service n assistance great.
It's sad when you get to the ER, and no one's there and it still takes 6 hrs to be seen. also u see all the nurses and docs. On their cell phones and they are soooo rude. They wouldn't have their jobs if it weren't for us. So sad. Director needs to talk or hire New employee's.
