We have had great success with Texas Roadhouse until tonight,our server was Yana which is not a people person for 1.. For 2 .. the steak I picked out was still in the window when we left SMH...3... the shrimp I ordered never made it out to me..4 had to ask for a refill on sweet tea that came out that taste nothing like the 1st glass after waiting forever so ..by then ask for a to go box that never got and why I was walking out there was my steak still behind the glass won't be coming back for sure
My daughter helped with an health emergency there Monday. The management boxed up our food for us because we weren’t up to eating @ that point. They gave us a 50% off our bill we had 5 people in our party. The management & staff were very professional during this situation.

We are traveling from Texas to Ohio- this TX Roadhouse was right next to our hotel. We did the online check-in, arrived and seated in a timely manner. We over heard the staff saying 5 people called off for the night shift. Well I have to applaud the staff that was there! They were working their tails off!! Our server, Chase, was excellent! Our food was hot and fresh! Thank you for a great experience!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Our food and drinks were wonderful. Our waitress, Berri, was probably the best waitress we’ve ever had. She was attentive and personable. If I lived in this area I would make this a regular place to dine just because of the staff. We definitely had a great experience.
