Recommendeda perfectly cooked medium bone in ribeye.
As a veteran from Texas, both the US flag and Texas flag need replacing. Sad! And we visited on September 11 to make things even more sad! Then after being seated, Had to get up and ask the manager how long it was going to take to have a waitress/waiter come to the table. Me and my son-in-law both ordered the ribeye and requested medium and neither one was cooked right. They were more well done. My daughters 10 ounce was also over cook. I don’t typically complain about food establishments but I was kind of disappointed tonight with Texas Roadhouse. I went to grab dinner Father’s Day knowing it’s a holiday and would be a longer wait. I ORDERED TO GO ONLINE! Also because for literally 40 calls there was a busy signal. So I placed the order at 5:35 and it said 6:55 it would be ready. Not a good experience tonight. Side salad never came with meal; excuse from server was, “Oh, you didn’t get your salad?” No apology. Server offered to take a discount off of our ticket. Didn’t happen. Is it also customary for employees to be smoking near the entrance? Is it also good customer service for another server to be cursing in conversation with customer (having casual conversation)? It was good until this happened tonight. May want to evaluate some of your staff more closely.
