Been waiting for table for over an hour and half. Was only an hour wait at six with our name on the list. Not very happy.
What's the point of call ahead seating? We called were told to come in 90 minutes and then when we arrived, were told it was going to be another 2 hours. Talked to Miss Ray, the manager. She said she would get us seated, and after 45 minutes, decided to ignore us. Then when the hostess asked what she could do, I responded, "apologize." Her response, "I ain't apologizing for nothing." I'd actually love to talk to a manager about other things that happened. But after the customer service, I won't hold my breath.
Great food , service and a great margarita made by our bartender Summer. She really takes care of us at the bar!
It would have been nice to actually try this place, but after waiting an hour and a half and never getting a table after being told it would be a 45 minute wait, we finally left. We did ask a couple of times when it would be our turn as larger parties that came in after us continued to be seated. It was a nightmare, 20 min wait turned into 1 hr wait. waitress took drink order and returned 30 min later. took half bucket of peanuts from people behind us put on our table, 30 min later she brings rolls told her we were ready to order she said she would be right back 15 min later took our order, almost 45 min later tells us no bake potatoes, another 30 min brings food ribeyes looked like pork steaks half of our steak was grissell and hunks of fat and the loaded cream potatoes well the cheese was not melted because the pot... read more
This was the WORST restaurant I've ever experienced in 49 years. My mother wanted to celebrate her's and Daddy's 51st Anniversary there. We got there at 6:15 pm. They sat the same size groups ahead of us. We finally got a table @ 7:30 but NEVER got our food. At 9:30 we finally left. This place was disgusting. THEY RUINED MY PARENTS SPECIAL NIGHT. We will never go back.
