Stopped here on our way to Gatlinburg. Bre was an awesome waitress. Great food and great service.
I loved it. We had a large party and had to wait even though we called ahead but the food was great the service was great and we will be going back. Beware if there is a football game on! Noise level is beyond loud. It was my grandsons birthday and they made him feel very special. Thanks to all!
Last night was our second visit and both times we've been there the service was great and the food tasted amazing! All the employees were very friendly and welcoming. The only con I have is every time they would do their birthday chant it was so loud that we couldn't hear each other when we tried to talk. We have been going to this store two or three times a month since it opened. We even won the gas grill they gave away one summer. This store has really gone down in the last twelve months. The service is slow. More times than not there is something wrong with the order. This last visit my wife's steak was cold in the middle. We had to ask for butter for our rolls twice after the rolls were brought without any. We didn't have any silverware for awhile. Not as many smiling faces as there used to be. Very sad.
Our server was a no show but someone else stepped up and gave us amazing service awesome food as well!
The steaks came out with no bake potatoes, which of course was our side item. The runner says let me go check and the manager comes back after I had pretty much ate all my steak and said they RAN OUT and we could substitute so I asked for mashed potatoes which I never got. Instead they brought us baked potatoes half cooked. We had to send mine back!!! Elizabeth's fries were dark brown and cold. We asked for a recook when she got them, same thing, nasty. I won't go back
Had dinner on New Years Eve so service was a bit slow but our waitress was very nice and so attentive. Food was excellent as always and their Sangria is really good!
My husband and I love this place it's are favorite
We got a gift card from our daughter for Christmas so we drove the 70 miles to eat there for our 35th anniversary. Loved they stopped us at the meat case to pick our choice of steak. The service was great our server kept our table cleaned of dirty dishes our glasses full and checked regularly to see if we needed anything. I will revisit when going back to Memphis.
