The staff is unprofessional over the phone and the Drs are negligent.
don’t send shot records to state like they are supposed too. Found this out by switching drs.

Best Doctors, friendly nurses and office staff
Pack a lunch! You will be here a long time no matter which Dr you see or what time you're appointment is! Ridiculous
We love Dr. Lacy, but have been unable to get an appt with him in over a year. Today, we saw Dr. Bakke who was absolutely wonderful and very thorough with his exam. I felt like he genuinely cared about the well being of our son. The nurse, however, was a totally different story. After running multiple tests and weighing our options with Dr. Bakke, we opted for a shot instead of a 14 day oral regimen. We had the best experience ever. Dr Lacy was very thorough and was very concerned about our boy. He ordered all the right tests and took care of him quickly with no long wait. Dr Lacy was dead on in confirming my sons diagnosis and we were extremely impressed with our new Pediatrician. First impressions are always a big thing for us and we were extremely pleased.
